Everyone
is invited to Islanders Youth and Community Centre on Friday 21 August, from
1pm to 3pm, to make a weird and wonderful parade hat inspired by this year’s
b-side Festival theme, That Other Place.
Drawing
inspiration from vintage archives of Portland Fair, you’ll create your own
light-up hat ready to wear in the festival parade on 13 September 2026.

years!
Visitors
can also collect Arts Development Company Culture Quest passports and stamps
