Open Thursday to Sunday from 3:15 to 10:45 pm, it is staffed by experienced mental health professionals and peer support workers who offer compassionate, non-judgmental assistance. No appointment is needed—visitors can simply drop in for face-to-face or virtual support. Managed by BCHA, the service focuses on self-management and recovery, helping individuals find practical solutions during times of emotional crisis.
