Free Beach Yoga Session

Start the weekend with fresh sea air, soft sand and a relaxing yoga session beside the sea. The Zen Den’s free beach yoga sessions, supported by Weymouth Town Council, are back on Weymouth Beach every Saturday morning from 8am to 9am through until 12th September.

Taking place on the sand just in front of the Weymouth Observation Wheel, these friendly outdoor sessions are open to everyone, whether you are new to yoga or already practise regularly. 

Please bring a mat, towel or blanket, along with some water. Sessions are weather dependent, so it is worth checking The Zen Den’s updates before heading down.
