The magical and mechanical returns to Weymouth over the weekend of the 4-6 December. Bringing a touch of fantasy to seasonal celebrations.

There will be events for all the family including Ghost tours, workshops, fashion, alternative traders, a Yule Ball, convivial and a parade.

Visitors can join in or observe, ask questions and see the Steampunk Fashion on display by local students from Weymouth college with a chance to make-your-own at 2 workshops in the town centre.

On the Friday night, there will a Steampunk Cabaret with fire, burlesque and more led by Ana Defuego.

During the weekend traders and unusual acts will be setting the scene on Saturday and Sunday with performances to entertain all ages from 10am-4pm.

At 4pm on Saturday Join in with a promenade, commencing at the Carousel, take a stroll and take in the fresh sea air finishing the promenade at the Town’s Christmas tree.

On the Saturday night take part in a Ghost tour led by local historian, or watch the Wight Hot Pipes before attending the Annual Dolmen Yule Ball at Hardy’s Hophouse or the convivial at the Cutter as well as see great LIVE acts in many of the pubs.

Join us for the second day at the ALTERNATIVE Market with a new line up of different entertainment, cream teas and Sunday roasts across the town with your new friends.

There may even be some fantastical steam engines and creations appearing across the weekend too!

The whole weekend offers a unique take on the traditional Christmas and Weymouth was, and still is, the first place to host a Yuletide Weekend – take a step into another world this Christmas with Victorian, sci-fi, pirates and more all embracing the uniqueness of this Christmas time.
